for presenters

Oral presentation

The Oral presentations will be live and last 7 minutes and we will have additional 3 minutes at the end of the session for Questions and Answers. The presenter must prepare a PPT file. The recommended ratio is 16:9, widescreen.

The oral presentation official template is available for download on the link below.

The template is only a suggestion. You may use your own template.

Important: If your presentation contains links to video files, the preferred video file formats are .MPEG or .MP4, but .WMV and Flash video files are acceptable. QuickTime, .MOV, video files are not compatible with PowerPoint and should be converted to one of the above formats. All videos should be tested and checked in advance to be sure they will work properly.

Please access your room at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your session and it is essential that you keep within your allotted time. Please note each room usually has sessions before and after yours and the time scheduling is tight.

We will update the website soon and send a new communication to the oral presenter informing all the details regarding the presentation during the i-FAB Virtual Congress.

Poster presentation

The poster session will be available during all the congress period and there is not a specific time for presentation. Each poster presenter will have access to the interaction chat with the audience. Stay tuned to your specific chat to answer all the questions.

The recommended size is 21 cm wide x 29.7 cm high, in PDF format. The official poster presentation template is available for download at the link below.
