The registration cost of the virtual meeting was substantially reduced. Our registration fee is based on a goal of breaking even on meeting-related costs. It will allow us to cover all costs of this new format and keep an excellent scientific programing.
Registration fees will be charged in Reais (BRL).
Amounts quoted in US dollars (USD) are for approximate reference only.
The actual amount charged to your credit card will depend on the currency conversion rate in your home country and the rates of the credit card company used.
The exchange rate fluctuates between 5.00 to 6.00 BRL for each dollar and 6.00 to 7.00 BRL for each euro.

You must complete the registration form with your personal data.
You must provide a valid e-mail address (which will be your login) to access a restricted area of registration information and abstract submission.
Make sure that the e-mail address provided on the form is correct. It will be used for all communications related to the congress.

Proof of Category
For MEMBER and STUDENT categories, a proof of the category must be attached during the registration process.
- Members: Payment of annual membership fee for society members.
- Students: enrollment issued by the university.
The reimbursement will be returned only upon written request justifying the cancellation, forwarded to the Executive Secretary of the event at: email@example.com.
Requests received up to November 30, 2020
- Refund amount: 100% of the paid fee
- Refund confirmation: up to 3 credit card statement after the request if you have paid by credit card. In case of payment by banking billet, 60 days after the request.
Requests received from December 1st, 2020
- Up to March 31, 2021 refund of 70% of the amount paid.
- From April 1, 2021: no refunds will be available.
- Absence without prior notice: no refund will be available.
- Deadline for Refund: Up to 60 days after the event.
Replacement of attendees
The Organizing Committee will accept replacements to another participant only under the same category. It must be requested by e-mail, at: firstname.lastname@example.org until March 31, 2021.
